• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns or exchanges are not applicable for certain items such as personalized products or final sale items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our support team at support@eshopee.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
• Ship the item to our return address, which will be provided by our support team.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

• Follow the same steps as the return process.
• Specify the new item you would like in exchange.
• If the new item is of a different value, we will adjust the price accordingly and notify you of the difference.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item:

• We will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
